The Spann Bar is purpose-built exclusively for landmine training, not a modified Olympic bar and not a compromise.
Unlike traditional barbells designed for bilateral loading, the Spann Bar is engineered to be loaded on one side only, allowing athletes to generate force with forward intent, rotational power, and controlled leverage.
The strategically placed knurling at the end of the loadable sleeve improves grip, control, and stability during presses, rows, hinges, and rotational movements, exactly where traditional bars fall short.
The Spann Bar Chrome-1500 variant is rated for a 1,500 lb capacity, features a 28mm handle diameter, and weighs 43 lb.
